Scheduling Your Portrait
I am accepting a limited number of portraits this year. New portraits are currently being scheduled for two to three months in advance.
A small, non-refundable deposit of $50 is all that is necessary to get your portrait project on the calendar. Having your name on the work list for a portrait is important because those on the work list are contacted as each current project is finished. Clients are contacted in the order in which Scheduling deposits were made.
This deposit will be applied to the one-third deposit on the portrait of your choice.

Other Important Information
*These prices are for basic framing only. Framing for oil paintings will be with standard wood frames with linen liners. Framing for colored pencils will include a basic double mat with a complementary frame. Frames will be chosen to complement the finished portrait. Custom framing available is available. Custom framing is quoted specifically for each painting.
Custom portraits are not scheduled until the order deposit is paid. Once your portrait is scheduled, however, you have up to one full year from date of receipt of payment to provide reference materials or schedule a photo shoot.
